Tool and die making

Production of punch press / bending and coining tools

• 3D milling on our machining center

Producing blanks

Cutting blank

• Punch pressing, single step operations or simple progressive die
• Procuring blanks from subcontractors: precision laser parts cut from coils or small sheets / flatbed laser for standard sheets / water guided precision foil laser / aqua cutting / edging

Forming

Bending / forming the blank

• Press breaking
• Swing-folding
• Embossing
• Coining
• Crimping
• Collar forming
• Pressing

Finishing

• Mechanical postprocessing (taping / countersinking / reaming)
• Frictional grinding
• Deburring / polishing
• Heat treatment (tempering / hardening – either in-house or subcontracting)
• Surface treatment (subcontracting galvanizing / electro polishing etc.)

Assembly

• Setting self-clinching fasteners (nuts / studs / standoffs)
• Riveting
• TOX

Final Inspection

Upon request we document inspection

• Material certificates
• Statistical inspection report
• AQL inspection plan
• Inspection certificate 3.1 in accordance with EN 10204
